Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your order. This aligns with common U.S. practices and is clearly disclosed pre‑purchase. 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@allvase.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond within 1 business day with instructions and the return address.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (tags intact).
  • Personalized, custom, perishable, or hygiene items (e.g. skincare, flowers) are non‑returnable.
  • If items arrive damaged or not as described, they’re eligible for return even outside the usual window under consumer protections 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless:
    • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or
    • We failed to disclose return shipping charges pre‑purchase.
  • In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds (minus any shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment—whichever is sooner.
  • Refunds are returned using the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after issuance.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We offer exchanges or store credit at customer request (subject to availability).
  • In cases of change-of-mind returns, store credit may be offered as an alternative at our discretion.

Restocking & Inspection Fees
